We all know about the fenugreek benefits for hair, it adds beauty to our hair as it:
Helps nourish hair follicles and boost hair growth
Also Reduce tangling,add shine and make hair silky and smooth as it's rich in fibers
Reduce hair fall and promote its growth in healthy way.
So i made a brief,easy recipe for your hair so let's see what we gonna need:
1/4 cup of fenugreek seeds
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of liquid natural soap/castile soap
Vitamin E oil
Empty pan
empty clean bottle,i prefer pump bottle
Let's see how we gonna make it, first of all Grind fenugreek seeds to not very fine powder so you can easily strain water after that.
Add water and fenugreek powder in the pan,then soak the powder for 3 hours or more if you want then strain out the liquid.
Add 1/2 cup of castile/natural soap to 1/2 cup of this liquid,then add few drops of vitamin E oil.
Stir well and then transfer to the pump bottle and refrigerate.
You can Use it just as any other shampoo safely and what is amazing is that it's natural and not containing sodium Laurel sulfate or sodium hydroxide or silicone which harm your hair badly.
